Congrats on the rabbit. That's some of the most fun Bowhunting, although it's been years since I've done that.

Opening day elk for me in Idaho was awesome. Wish I took better pics. I was by myself with light fading so was hurrying to get as much done as possible before dark. 15 yard shot 20-25 yard recovery.

Way to get it done, Jesse!  Filling the freezer for the family.  What are your temps like?
I will be heading up above Sun Valley next week and the temps are below freezing at night then.  NO yellow jackets - yeah.

Thanks guys! Tim, I was using my 52" Cascade Night Hawk. 70#@28. The arrows were made by Paul at Elite Arrows and are cedar tipped with Zwickey Delta broadheads. Ray, the temp the last few days (in the mountains) was mid to high 50's dipping down to freezing at night.

Got this nice boar last Sunday morning. It was only my 2nd selfbow kill ever, and the first critter ever taken with any Rob Green built selfbow!

Okay Bisch, you win. Congrats.  Great looking boar.  Truth be told, I was hoping to get "first kill" bragging rights with the Osage Selfbow Rob built for me this past April. Was going to take it squirrel hunting this weekend. They have big teeth too ya know. My trail camera has been catching some nice ones. Going for a full curl this year.
