Carson, I can't really answer you to help you out, but my bows were from Craig Ekins Howard Hill Archery, I never shot the others.
The workmanship was excellent as well as the turnaround time to make the bow.
It shot very well, but was slow compared to the more modern carbon limbed longbows, but it would throw a very heavy arrow with authority
and I don't think you could buy a lighter weight bow, It was amazing how much power in such a light bow.
Look at my avatar that is a Howard Hill ol three toes limited edition 55lbs @ 28" ...now look at the tillering of the limbs, the whole limbs is being used
which makes it a smooth draw and shooting bow, most bows the tips are a little stiff creating a little more hand shock, but faster bows.

Just my view.
wait for more answers on the others.

There are several great builders to choose from including Howard Hill Archery,
I have a Dave Miller old tom and a Pete George both taught by John Shultz
i would suggest trying to find a used Shultz, Miller, Pete George, Northern Mist, or ??, they come up for sale on the forums fairly regular.

I sure don't think you could go wrong with a Howard Hill bow or any other ASL made by a bowyer that has been in business for awhile.  They have to make good bows to stay in business.  I usually go with Northern Mist bows because they are flawless and Steve is a great person to work with.  I'm sure the same could be said for the other makers.

I love my Northern Mist bows. I have an NM American for sale its 66 inches 63 pounds @28 I had made last year. I just recently got a NM sprague from Steve and the forward handle just fits me better, but have not shot a bow from Steve yet I did not love.

If your patient, you can usually find the bow your looking to buy for half the price on the classified section here or on one of the other Trad sites. Oh and no wait time.
