Sunday morning at Cloverdale I succumbed to my bow buying urge again! Caught Roger at Black Widow 30 minutes before he started packing up to leave. Got a PAX off the rack I shot the day before at the bow tryout area. 58 inch 39@28. This thing really spits out a G.T. Entrada 600. Another 3D bow, as if I really needed another one! Sad thing is I bought a Bob Lee PIII a few weeks ago. I sent it back to have the grip reworked, and and haven't even got it back yet! Luckily, our camper was paid off a few weeks ago or Nancy may not have let this  happen!

I’m partial to one piece black widows. You don’t see them to often.

C’mon in Clyde, the water is fine...

Besides, you’re no addict, just a fella with superior intelligence!

Clyde - you're not helping me here. I am really trying to get rid of some of my extras. And then you have to go and remind me that I really "need" a 60-62" low wrist PA X that pulls around 48#.

Well Bob, you "need" to buy it and bring it to Farmland in August! Darren can pair us up again.

Would be great fun. But you have to promise to shoot "weak side" like you did last time.

If I don't get a new Widow, Plan B is to put the 39# recurve limbs back on my Bob P3 and shoot that in the recurve class.  It shoots them about the same place as it does when I have the 44# longbow limbs on it.  At least close enough for the way I shoot.

Well, at least you were up front with her. I recently bought myself something (non archery) that’s been on my bucket list. Took a pic of the receipt, and accidentally left the receipt on the counter. Busted!
