Tom was my friend. We had epic conversations, and as much as I knew about his many health concerns and his many surgeries, I was out of touch with him the last year of his life and I didn't know how ill he was. When I didn't get a Christmas card from him I had a bad feeling. It's been a year now and I still can't believe that I can't call him and have a great conversation.

Replying to
My friend and mentor died December 26 2020
The man taught me my trade, printing.
Some people thought he bragged, not true. He could do what he said he could.
I miss him too.

I used to work for Tom when he owned Aquarius Printing
It was my first civilian job out of the Air Force
He got me started in Archery, and taught me to be true.
My wife and I got to visit with him and his wife about a month earlier.
Knew him for 40+ years. Will miss him greatly.

Condolences to his family. He was not only a good bowyer and arrowsmith, he helped the Traditional Bowhunters of Maryland get off to a good start with his excellent printing skills.
