Seems like I'm having a birthday again. Feels like I just had one last year. Strange how that happens.

This year I was able to pick up a used JD Berry Heritage II from another TAS member as a present to myself. 66", 47#@27". Brown glass back & belly. Bow arrived late yesterday and I got to shoot a dozen arrows in the garage at 10 yards this morning. Very smooth and consistent as this 4 arrow group attests. Need some lighter spine arrows, but that's easy to fix. Had almost forgotten how much fun shooting off the hand is. Might even try to squeeze it into my hunting rotation this year, but the bullpen is already pretty crowded (Javaman Falcon, Northern Mist Sprague, Robertson Wolfer II, Bodnik Quick Stick). Yeah, I'm one of those guys. No wonder I never hit anything...😄
