How many arrows can you make out of that wood pile?
No date or info with this pic. I'm guessing the 1940's by the look of the women's clothing.
Wonder how much more is not shown?
Don't any of you greenies get riled up!

love Your reply Sam. That’s what arrows are made for. Not just carrying around in your quiver all day. I used to have beautiful custom arrows crafted for me by some of the best in the business. I found that I refrained from shooting them if I thought there was a chance of breaking or losing them. Finally got that thought out of my head but it took a long time. Now I could care less if I have a dollar or ten dollars invested in an arrow. I treat them all the same and let em fly. There’s nothing better than watching an arrow in flight.

Opps, there goes the planet. That's a lot of wood. Ira, is Hugh in that picture? Half of those trees might have gone thru his shop. He may have used that many in the movie the Little Bighorn.

I don't know how many arrows it might make, but I guarantee that I could lose or break just about every one of them in the course of one season.
