Well...it has been too quiet....for many of us the snow is rapidly, or already has dissapeared. It is early roving season. Get out there, get some exercise, let the arrows fly.
Try some stupid shots and share with us. About the only rules...legal and safe.

Saw this while out with Fred...a double. Look above...twin licking sticks too.
Oh....you'd be surprised. Like a friend said..."trust the dog"... after Fred trailed a running bird all the way across a field, only to have it jump just after the dude left Fred, thinking he was just screwing around.
Love archery golf, but i take too many chances with putts.
Another really stupid shot...that almost worked.
Ya see...i was standing here, looking at all the pretty snow flying, and i noticed a shrub on that hillside...see the patch of snow, above it is a patch of different color grass. At the top of which is a couple shrubs...the left hand one was the target of interest. Yeah, i know...no trees, no branches, nothing to make it tricky.
The shrub on the right was the target. My white fletches can be seen just above the pstch of snow to the right of Fred. Not a hit, but dead brontosaur close !
I guess our 103 yard long shot would be considered a “stupid “ shot. I usually miss and the arrow disappears up the side of the hill. Did find one yesterday that I lost track of a couple months ago.
Aww stop being so silly..take some pix and share. We just got another 2-3" of that cold white stuff.
I have a busted arrow in my quiver from yesterday's round of stupid shots. The real stupid thing is I didn't take any pictures.
Lots of pretty early spring orchids, shooms, and other small things taking advantage of the spring light and doing their thing before the canopy closes in.
2016 jazz standard insert hex blunt
What size aluminums are those, James?
Yep slow learner -aluma blooms
Hmmm. Sure make some pretty mushrooms, James. Maybe you could put one of those small led lights in the end and make lamps out of them. 😁
Well.....hmmmm....better switch to other targets with those arrows...or do it another few times and make a pretty table decoration !
smart now
same shot with another bow same result
yep
Fistmele...yes. had one on me already...gardening, pretty sure. Lil Sonsa b.....you know.
Good stuff Chuck. I need to get out in the woods more often and take a few of those shots soon.
And it's tick season so don't forget your permethrin-laden outer clothing while roving. No sense in being stupid while taking stupid shots.
