Tonight I was organizing my broadheads and thinking how many years I used Magnus Classic broadheads and how I still enjoy sharpening a broadhead. Sharpening broadheads for me is part of getting ready for Bowhunting season that I enjoy. Now, because of limited time, I have hunted with ready sharp heads and they work fine however there’s that thing about sharpening heads kinda like building your arrows, it’s just gratifying. Do you like sharpening broadheads or prefer ready sharp broadheads. Where do you stand?

I prefer the old ACE standards followed by the original Journeyman, then Zwixkey eskimos- but all about the same
Yes do like sharpening them and kinda a obsessive cumpulsive about keepng them sharp
used to sharpen to a mirror finish razor blade edge but went back to file sharpened edge- same effect but lasts longer
No, I don't enjoy sharpening them, but it is necessary if you want a really good edge. I might like it better if I was better at it.
Sharpen my own griz. Also build my my own arrows from boards.
Sharpen all the time.
Sharpen my own, I do the scary sharp system with my knives, plane blades, wood chisels, broadheads.
