Some time ago I posted a thread about some broadheads that were labeled as Zuess Broadheads. I couldn't find any info on them and put them back in the drawer.
Recently, I came across an add in the March 1963 issue of Archery Magazine for the Scorpion broadhead from Zia Development in Pomona, CA. They sure do look like the broadheads I have. As for the Zuess reference, there was Zuess Products Company that manufactured archery equipment on Wallington, NJ.
So, the question is, was Zia Development the manufacturer, or was it the distributor and Zuess Products was the maker?

If you want more information from the author, Wade Phillips, he frequents the Collector Forum at Tradgang.
Good stuff there Chuck. I do now remember you posting that info previously. I don't think I had the Archery magazine ad at that time. Perhaps I did.
You know what they say, the first thing to go is the, uh, you know, that thing. Whatever!
Didn't notice a reference to Zeus.
Taking a chance Wade won't care that i post some pix. I will make this an ad for his book on broadheads.
Interesting concept.
The ad states that the blades are locked into the ferrule. That's not the case. They slide into the grooves in the ferrule, but they can easily be removed. They definitely have to be glued into place.
Yes, those are tubes of glue in the left side of the container. Wonder how well they held up?
