I picked up this bushmaster the other day. In my opinion this is one of the best bows of all time and it’s a shame one of our talented bowyers don’t try to replicate it somehow! Here are before and after pics

Spoke to Ben Pearson Jr. a few years back and I asked him what was his fathers favorite personal bow, he said it was the Bushmaster. He said he loved that bow.

That is looking good. I think Pearson bows are somewhat overlooked by the folks who like older bows. The Couger that was gifted to me shoots fine, as well as any Bear I have.

@MG any automotive polishing compound will work for the most part. I also use brasso. Just be careful not to burn through the finish by applying too much pressure. Use white cotton wash rags to apply the polish and a buffing rag to buff out.
