I just saw some interesting bows on the Bushman site. The “5” curve looks really cool.

Yeah, the Toelke Super Static recurve is an excellent bow. I'm surprised it hasn't gotten more attention than it has. It has a feel in the hand much like a longbow with the advantages of static recurve limbs.

I was looking into them awhile ago as well. Besides the aforementioned bowyers, also look at Dan Toelke of Toelke Traditional Archery. He makes the 64 static recurve. Cari-bow Traditional Bows also make a static tip recurve.

South Cox of Stalker Recurves. He's earned a near cult following around my area. His lead time is pretty reasonable. Check his site for in stock bows. He has a try before you buy program, as well.
