Just received my new bow from Craig. I couldn't be happier. It's a Half Breed with 4 lams. 2 inner bamboo and 2 outer yew with a cocobolo riser and tips. Made 55# @27".

My first-ever ASL was a used Half Breed takedown I got in 2015. Still probably my favorite HHA model. Have gone through a couple of Redman bows in the past 5 years, and they are great shooters, but always seem to go back to the Half Breed. Just to reinforce how much Half Breed shooters love their bows, In late 2017, I sold the used one I bought back in 2015 to the original owner it was made for. He so regretted selling it that he just had to have it back. Understood exactly how he felt so I put it in the mail.
Also interested in how it shoots. Looks like it would be very smooth.
Let us know how it shoots for you. Also, setback or string follow limbs?
What a beauty, that combo has been on the list for my next ASL. Enjoy.
A beauty bow for sure.
Sweet bow! One of those is on my list!
